In accordance with the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG), we take back, free of charge, any waste equipment that we have placed on the market and ensure its proper disposal. Please contact us before returning a device so that we can agree on the shipping arrangements with you.

This notice is given in accordance with the German Therapeutic Products Advertising Act (Heilmittelwerbegesetz, HWG). The products presented on this website are medical devices within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2017/745 (MDR) and are intended exclusively for use by trained medical professionals. The information on this website is addressed to healthcare professionals and to specialist medical technology dealers. It does not replace medical advice and does not constitute a guarantee of treatment success. For the intended purpose, indications, contraindications and risks, please refer to the instructions for use.

Regulatory status: The DuoSonic is currently undergoing the conformity assessment procedure under the Medical Device Regulation (EU) 2017/745 and does not yet bear the CE marking. It may only be placed on the market once this procedure has been completed (expected from January 2027). DuoSonic Dental and DuoSonic Vet are in development.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
