Where you can join us

Field Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Full-time Territory: Germany, Austria, Switzerland Based in Gemmingen-Stebbach Immediate start

You will build up our network of specialist dealers. That means visiting dealers, demonstrating the applicator, explaining the device, and then making sure they actually sell it. A product that does not yet exist in this form is both your advantage and your challenge.

Your role

  • Winning and supporting specialist dealers in German-speaking countries
  • Product demos at practices, clinics and dealers
  • Training dealers and their field sales teams on the product
  • Representing us at trade shows and medical congresses
  • Feeding market feedback into product development

What you bring

  • Experience selling technically complex products, ideally medical or dental technology or practice supplies
  • You enjoy explaining a device rather than handing over a catalog
  • Willingness to travel within German-speaking countries
  • Class B driver’s license
  • Business-fluent German; English is an advantage

What we offer

  • A product without direct competition: you are not selling the fourth device in the same category
  • A free hand in building your territory and a real say in the roadmap
  • Company car, also for private use
  • Short decision paths: your ideas are discussed, not passed along
  • A permanent contract with a growing company

Device Assembly Technician (m/f/d)

Full-time Part-time possible Gemmingen-Stebbach Immediate start

You build the devices that will later be used in practices. From the housing and electronics to the final inspection, everything passes through your hands. Your judgment on quality counts: what you sign off goes straight to practices. With a medical device, we carry a great deal of responsibility, and that is exactly what makes your work so valuable.

Your role

  • Assembling control units, applicators and accessories
  • Functional testing and electrical safety testing
  • Documenting test steps in line with medical device regulations
  • Installing firmware and checking the device software
  • Order picking and preparing shipments
  • Helping with repairs and returns

What you bring

  • Completed technical vocational training, for example in electronics, mechatronics or precision engineering
  • A knack for small parts and neat cable routing
  • Willingness to learn the rules for medical devices (we will teach you)
  • Good German for the test documentation

What we offer

  • Regular working hours, no shift work
  • Induction by the development team itself: you get to know the product from the inside
  • A workplace where care counts, not units per hour
  • Direct lines: if something is awkward to assemble, we change the design
  • A permanent contract; part-time possible from 25 hours a week

How it works

You write to us

A résumé is enough. A cover letter is welcome but not essential; we are more interested in what you can do than in how well you write. Certificates and references can follow later.

We get back to you

Within a few days, and always with a real answer. We do not send empty acknowledgements.

We get to know each other

A meeting at our premises, where you also see production and get to hold a device. Afterwards, both sides know whether it is a good fit.
