We don’t build a device just because a product category has room for one more variant. We build it because something is missing in treatment. Every product has to fit into an existing workflow: no extra room, no extra staff, no new structures.

A same-day response to every inquiry, a solution within 48 hours. For a manufacturer of our size, direct contact and quick decisions are the one advantage that truly holds up, so that is what we measure ourselves by.

Capital equipment of this kind needs a local contact person, a service workshop within easy reach and someone to carry out the safety inspection. Direct sales can’t provide that; a good specialist dealer can.
